At LRO Hospitality, sustainability is integrated into how the firm invests, operates, and creates long-term value across the portfolio. As an Article 8 fund under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), the firm is committed to promoting positive environmental and social outcomes throughout the asset lifecycle, from acquisition and refurbishment through to day-to-day operations and ongoing asset management.
Working in partnership with FuturePlus, the firm measures, manages, and continuously improves its sustainability performance across five key themes: Climate, Environment, Social, Diversity & Inclusion, and Economic. The FuturePlus framework provides a structured, evidence-based approach that enables LRO Hospitality to track progress, benchmark performance, and identify opportunities for further improvement. Alongside FuturePlus, the approach is informed by the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), participation in GRESB, and a robust governance framework that supports transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
